There are a lot of folks who are a little doubtful about what we'll get done in FB this year. Well, I like purple kool aid. In fact, if you don't like purple kool aid check you credentials. We will be improved in every aspect of our game, except maybe ST's. We'll be okay there but Yamon and Tibesar will be missed.
Defensively, we will be dominant! This schemes fits our personnel perfectly. Our speed and the ability to attack from all sides will give us an advantage. Offensively, I think we'll start slow as the O-Line jells and JF and our new receivers click. We will see a more balanced approach which will slow the pass rush and give us time to exploit the whole field.
Here's how it works:
@ Texas: tough call probably start 0-1
ku: We had to hand it to them in Lowrents last year. I am saying JF won't turn it over and we drill them. 1-1
CU: We beat them at their place last year. They will be young and untested. 2-1
@OSU: Tall order but winnable. We will be much better on defense and i think will match up well to their offensive strength.
Cats win in a close one. 3-1
BU: Revenge is sweet! 4-1
@ISU: They are not ready. If you recall their head coach handed JF his biggest win last year. He'll have less talent, which leads to more conservative game planning. 5-1
@NU: With all the focus on QB, NUyy is headed south because the lost the best d-line on the conference. Last year even with constant pressure they gave up 272 yards passing. We'l be able to run the ball this year, ore effectively, which is critical on the road. KSU: better on both sides of the ball. Nubs shocked! 6-1
MU: Late in the season, at our place. Our defense is designed to win this game. Offensively, we will be full throttle as JF Jordy, EP and LB are on the same page. MU is going to be weak on D and know match for the Cats at home! 7-1
Championship Game could be a rematch against the Longhorns.
