McShay, as well as some other experts, had him in the 4th Round. Hopefully he can prove his 3rd Round selection to be accurate.

Yeah, although the all knowledgeable Michael Smith said Randy Moss still runs in the high 4.2s and lately that hasn't helped him much.

But Moss can still probably be good.

haha i had a sub teacher for my physics class who told a funny story about figurs. the sub asked our class if anyone was a kstate football fan, so i raise my hand (the only one at that, being that i go to a school in johnson county and ku fans are aplenty) and he precedes with the story. it turns out this sub guy (nerdy really funny chubby white guy) was figurs roomate freshman year.  they were in an english class together and they were taking an essay test. this sub guy almost got in trouble cuz figurs tried to cheat off him.....ON A FREAKING ESSAY TEST. hahahaha im sorry i find this amusing. he also explained to us how he is very fast and brought A LOT of girls back to the room.  :dancin:

So tell me, how is Charles Gordon doing lately?  Did declaring for the draft after his junior year work out for him?  I think not, since he didn't get &@#%ing drafted.

How many football players room with non-football players freshman year?  I guess maybe there is an odd number and Yamon Figurs was the only one who had to room with a non-football player freshman year, but somehow I doubt it.

But continue your story. . .

    The very best.
Cartier Martin walked into my chemical analysis class on the first day. Every was stunned he was there, and when the teacher announced they were in CHM 371 he immediately got up and left.

We all LOL'd. Love you cartier!
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

He's the first top-100 selection for K-State since Terry Pierce was taken with the 51st pick (Round 2) of the 2003 draft by the Denver Broncos.

K-State has not had two players selected in the same year since Nick Leckey (Arizona Cardinals – sixth round) and Rashad Washington (New York Jets – seventh round) were taken in the 2004 draft.

Figurs is going to return kicks because B.J. Sams is coming off a broken ankle sustained in week 13 of last season.

i just guessed it was his freshmen year, the sub never told us what year it was and i didn't think it would matter. figurs came from garden city cc, so it couldnt have been his freshmen year...so ya.
