Listen, everyone at GE loved Jack Welch.  Without loving Jack Welch, GE could not be as successful as it's been.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

unbelievable.

In all seriousness.  My Father works for a large bank in Omaha that are big contributers to NU football, he goes to quite a few games with clients and they sit with the Big Wigs yada yada.  neways, my dad tells me that all the old big money guys at the bank absolutely hate callahan and Pederson.  They say (according to my dad) that Pederson was feeling so much heat for KSU's successes in 02 and 03 that he lost his cool and fired solich.  Everyone realized what a dick pederson is and how chaotic the ad is at NU and that's why they couldn't find  a coach for so long.  They went after everyone and their mother and could only come up with Cally.  I guess a lot of people didn't like Cally from when he got fired from the Raiders and had the Raiders revolt against him and all that.  Anyways, apparently the big money and people in the AD decided to welcome cally with open arms.  Well turns out that Cally came in all high and mighty acting like he was godsend to NU to save the football program.  If anyone criticized it they faced the wrath of Pederson, so both guys are basically untouchable, because no one wants to lose their football tix.  I guess that Cally black listed any players that were even potentially loyal to Solich or the former staff.  He was so upset and paranoid that he basically didn't want any semblance of anything from the Osborne/Solich era.  Basically there is a contengent of NU fans that can't stand the guy and watch carefully for his first really avg. season for Alums to attempt a coup and kick cally to the curb along with pederson.

I realize that this is just heresay so take it fwiw.

My only serious comment is to say that I don't know what Prince is thinking about being demanding and wanting things done his way.  Most college football programs are very open and very democratic, leaving most decisions to the players.

I remember Nebraska fans saying how much people hated coaching and playing for snyder so I guess this just isn't that much of a shock to me.

What I took from that thread:
RP likes things done a certain way.
Some people don't care for RP.
Scott Frost's dad is a gossip.
