Sure I don't like them, but I don't ever bother to read their boards.  They seem pretty concerned about their big brother.

Well, with CU sucking, them traditionally not giving a crap about the slavers and the OU rivalry being axed by the University of Texas Athletic Conference, they could use a new rival. Maybe k-state fits the bill?

I thought the OU rivalry was axed by OU dominating the rivalry as of late.

Decent point, although the rivalry would probably still exist if they played every year. OU beat UT for nearly half a decade and it's still a rivalry. Then again, UT didn't exactly go in the tank like NU did during the Solich/Cally era.

It's not a rivalry until Texas actually wins a couple.

I can see it now.

Prince: "Yeah Arthur, you should just stop looking at OU altogether.  They can't even beat Texas.  I mean seriously, I did that my first year with a freshman quarterback and half the talent.  Not to mention they lost to Boise freakin' State!  Not to mention they're about to be put on probation."

i completely agree with you steve...before Josh Freeman's de-commit, I felt that k-state generally had more hatred towards NU than NU did towards k-state. then JF switches, and ever since then everyone in Nebraska has been obsessed with the failure of kansas state football. it's always really funny to get them all worked up about freeman, it doesn't ever take much work!  :loly:

And it's so much fun.  That was one of the few good things about living in Nebraska.

It is possible to live/go to school there and still despise the cornholes.  I did it for quite awhile.

Possible?  It is F***ing hard not to.  These CornJay fans are like fingernails on a chalkboard.  I didn't hate NU until I came here.  I feel for you Pittcat for having to endure that horrible ordeal.

"That which does not kill us, only strengthens our hatred of Nebraska."  Or something like that.
