Reel him in RP, and we're playin' with the big boys.

I would never question Prince's recruiting abilities.  It all comes down to whether Prince wants him or not.

And you base that on what?  Winning this season will look good, but being a good fit and Arthur's shot at making an impact early at whatever school he chooses matters more, IMO.

Then act like one, and pretend, that maybe, just maybe, we can start getting talent like we were in the days of '97-2000 will ya?

Arthur > Beasley?  Beasley > Arthur?  Which would be the bigger pickup.  I say Arthur because he would be here more than 1 year.  OT: I would like to combine them into one uber'athlete.  They would have all the basketball skills of Beasley but also kill people with lazer eyes.  Now that I think about it I would just like to combine Beasley with a set of lazer eyes instead.  I would just like to have Arthur on the team, ......unless he also wants lazer eyes in which case I'm all for that too.

Both are incredible, but I'd have to say Beasley>Arthur.

Grapes?

A common nickname for us on phog.  Intended to be derogatory, but I find it kind of funny myself.

One LB really can't make that much of a difference, esp. with as crappy as our Dline will be next year.

#1 Player in the country according to Scout.

I have to ROFL @ areas for improvement, which says discipline.  This guy lives and breathes football, is a hard worker, and supposedly stays away from drinking/smoking.  However, I guess Smoke Patterson wouldn't be a good example for him...

Still think he is OU's to lose, I doubt he'd choose a 3-4 over a 4-3, especially with OU's history of  putting LB's in the NFL, Calmus, Lehman, Lattimer, Alexander etc, etc.

3-4 = more playing time

Probably didn't help our cause when Ray lewis came out and said how much he hated playing in the 3-4 now that they are switching next year.

    Fear the Brick
It's going to be fun to watch A. Brown at OU.  Hopefully he sees the field his first two seasons so we get to see him in person.
