I really like the idea of hiring Mike Montgomery and retaining Hill as his assistant in order to keep the current recruits. Have Montgomery coach for x number of years and then see if Hill is ready to take over. Montgomery brings experience, a winning attitude and a little insight into the NBA. I don't know if he would be interested or if there are any negatives that he brings?

Under his leadership, Montgomery compiled an impressive 547-244 (.692) overall record in 18 years at Stanford (1986-2004) and eight seasons at the University of Montana (1978-1986).
