The other key is staying glued to the waiver wire and free agency.  I picked up Podsednick last year and he came through huge.  The hilarious part?  I overreact early.  I dropped Zito, Carpenter and Mulder last year.  This year I already dropped Thome, but I feel good about it.

The biggest problem?  No one will trade with me.

picked up ibanez, would love to pick up shelton because he's already had two multi-homer games but I already have ortiz and sexson...I may do it anyway and try to trade him.  Got the Braves closer (who already has 2 saves) and dropped gagne.
