It's the only thing that could cheer me up after the demise of our basketball program.

Football's been our bread and butter since I can remember.  We need it to return to that, or K-state could be in crap creek for quite a while.

After the futility we've experienced lately, I don't think I could bring myself to complain about any season that contained a good bowl and 8 or more wins.

    THE b IS NOT CAPITALIZED
I hope the magnifying glass on Prince doesn't fry him.
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

I was just looking at our home schedule...ku, Baylor, Colo, , Missouri, Missouri State, San Jose St.  I guess i won't have to worry about getting up so early for tailgaiting because i'll be able to catch up on some sleep in the stands.  But seriously i'm ready for Football season as always just praying we win all those home games.  It's gonna be a tough season.  We'll see what we can do.  Good luck Coach Prince
It's a tremendous challenge here. I think it has the opportunity for the greatest turnaround in college football. It is not one to be taken lightly. ---------- Bill Snyder ( Nov 30th, 1988)

We'll get all the home games and atleast two on the road.  And FWIW I think ku goes 4-8 and mangina collapses and dies on the sidelines mid-season.  That'll give all the squawk fans an excuse for their horrific season.  Since Mangina is the Second Coming.

Do bad opponents matter for home football games? I'd go no matter the opponent.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Agreed, good or bad, win or lose, it's still fun.  Just in varying degrees.
