Today's game

I watched most of today's game on Passport.   We played decent, but not great baseball, including a little rally against nu's closer in the 8th, but came a run short.

 We got a bad break in the 5th with two on and one out down by a couple.  Batter foulded one off his leg, but the umpires didn't make the call, and nu was able to turn an inning ending double play.  One of the poorer calls you'll see.

We need to come out and win tomorrow to take the series.  Taking 2 of 3 from nu would be a big deal for this team right now.

Terrible call. HCBH got ejected because of it.  I think we could have won that game had it not been for that call. On a brighter note, the attendance was over 3k.  I think that is a record.

No bad losses in non-con this year though (William Jewel).  Plus we aren't getting swept.

Mercy rule.  I feel fortunate we won a game vs Nebraska. They are damn good.  Next up..Texas.

Well, considering ku took one in Lincoln, count me as one not impressed taking 1/3 from NU.
