Notice he said ALLL the talent,,not just one player..
Conversely, an article written in 2001 says:
"A team that doesn't have at least one McDonald's All-American is not making it to championship Monday. There hasn't been a title game without at least one McDonald's pick on each side since the 1980s. That is not good news for Iowa State."
