. . in downtown Lawrence.

Apparently they were frightened by the crowd of well wishers who surrounded their truck, and misunderstood the ancient celebratory gun pointing ritual.

Well, the Thai House certainly looks like a gangsta's paradise

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

From the Thai house owner:

Quote
“We have a very strict dress code,” Caldon said. “People have to wear collared shirts. There are no hats turned sideways and no baggy pants.”

Well, I am sure we can all agree that there is really no way those ku football players gave the crowd of well wishers and gun pointers any reason to gather around their vehicle . . . other then the throngs strong desire to wish those football players well in the truest sense of the word.

Nothing to see here folks, it was the first time those football players have done anything wrong since being in Lawrence.

Those girls run with 8 gangs, and they only commit hate crimes.  They shoot people up like five days a week, on Wednesday they have chapter and Sunday they have church.

Rolling in my Birks, ain't got no where to go,
Want to kill Talib cause he's bangin' my ho.

Chillin at the Thai, my glock at my side,
Feel like Planet Sub but I got no ride.

Cruise down to Free State, Slam a Micro and a Steak
I'mma Kill That Talib
And dump his body in a lake.

WTF is that all about?  That's pretty much the opposite of what every Thai restaurant is supposed to be - super casual dress (grease stains are okay).  Only in Lawrence, where knowing about Thai food (let alone eating it) is considered a sign of high social standing.  There's a little town that needs to get over itself, folks.

It just seems like a strange comment to come out of the bastion of diversity that is Lawrence, Kansas.  Especially for a Thai restaurant.

That was off the hizzle for rizzle.
