Is anybody else into the retro Jordans?  I got the 3's yesterday in the fire red

they were out of the flips
but I was thinking about them as well.
I have never really gotten into the retros before but for some reason last year they caught my eye.

Did anyone see the piece with Stephan Marbarry and his $20 shoes???

A shoe expert dissected the Jordan's and Stephan's product and it was determined that the shoes were built the same!!

Keep throwing your money away.  How many dinners will these ugly shoes set back you and your family??

I guess if it isn't right for you then it shouldn't be right for me.  As far as the dinners it will cost me and my family, not nearly as many as the donation to keep our basketball seats.  Actually since you asked it wouldn't hurt me to miss a few dinners anyway.  I will make sure to pass all of my discretionary spending by you from here on out.

Back when I was a little kid I thought these were ugly.

Now the original Reebok Pumps or the original Kaepas, I'd wear those.  :D

I got the 5's (I think -- the ones with the shiny toungues & see-through soles) in 1999, in both white & black.  They were always my favorite shoes growing up, but we couldn't afford them when I was a kid.  I break out the black ones from time to time.  These are still my favorite shoes ever.  Love 'em!

I had those in high school.  They were pretty sweet.  I remember saving up for them around my car payments so I could get them.  Then i quit my job to go out for the golf team and got cut.  Oh well, it all worked out and I still was able to make my payments.

Indeed!  They couldn't play seniors on the jv team so i was pretty well screwed.  I like the former golf coach at MHS but he really wasn't much of a coach.  It is amazing how much I improved my game after high school.  The last couple of years I haven't played much and it has gone back down hill.  Oh well, such is life.
