http://blogs.cjonline.com/index.php?entry=914For a guy whose college career at Kansas State was marred by an attempt at beating down a Collegian columnist, former Wildcats Manny Dies has carved out a decent career playing abroad professionally.
Dies, who averaged 9.1 points and 5.5 rebounds for K-State from 1995-99, is playing in Sweden.
Last season, he was a Eurobasketball second-team all-Sweden player after finishing in the top five in rebounds, blocked shots and field goal percentage.
Dies, a Wichita native who averaged 15.7 points and 7.6 boards as a junior at K-State, has also played in China.
