    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

    Hey, basketball!!!
Love when Carson threw the INT in columbia and the camera zoomed in on Chase on the sideline basically saying, "what in the frack was that?"

    Knows What Brent Did...
Just manage the game, Carson. Let the defense and running game do their thing and manage the game.

Some great screen caps in there, too:

(this one is particularly awesome since he almost perfectly times it with the "and they'll fall to 4-5" comment.)

“My arm gets tired from doing this,” said coach Bill Snyder, waving his arm.

To be fair, Carson was playing against the 3's and 4's from the other team.  Wait, that isn't good news, right?
"Bob and myself had a nice chuckle over that one. Bob told me, ‘How could I say the things I’ve been saying about Kansas State to the kids and go someplace else?’ ”

While I don't think the kid is all that good, he was running an offense "designed" for #1.

While I don't hold out much hope, I suspect OB will actually employ some concepts that Prince never seemed to grasp, like field position and time management.    So if Coffman can as stated "manage" the game, and just get the ball into the hands of the few playmakers K-State has he can do okay, but I personally think that Gregory will be the guy eventually.

irrelevant. prince knew how to call plays. "field position" and "time management" still got us 5-6 and 4-7 in 04/05.

Field Position and Time Management are a problem when you have a defense that can't stop anybody.

While I am not a "moral victory" kind of person, K-State was a lot closer to a legit 6 or 7 even 8 wins season in 2005 with frankly not a very talented team, as oppossed to missing out on a 6 wins this last year against a suck a$$ cu team but otherwise putting together a string of defensive performances that not even the Stan Parrish era could top.   Call all the great plays you want . . . but what good does it do to score points quickly, only to send a defense out there that's completely incapable of stopping anyone??
