It's good to be good again!
I'd rather get the 5 seed than the 4 in OKC.  As the 5 seed, you get play Colorado first day.  You also have another game to play, adding to your win total.

Look at the 2007 Tournament.  Wouldn't you rather have been the 5 seed instead of the 4?

Take the 5 seed, get the extra W.

Where do people get this.  Do you really think a win over a >150 RPI CU team would mean anything right now?

This is one of the worst bubble talking points in existence.

This comes from a fanbase who is still getting used to all this NCAA stuff.  Unfortunately we are more used to praying for a possible NIT bid where and additional win over anybody (including CU) helped out.

But if that game and win helped us get to ku or OU or MU it would be helpful, because a loss to them would be less costly than a loss to a bubble team we are competing against and a win against them would carry more weight.  I could see the easier path argument, but then again, probably none of them had thought of that.

Baylor's not going to make a run. If they win day one, legs for jump shots will be gone for day 2.
