I believe he said 3 offensive lineman were adequate not the entire offensive line performance. I'm gonna guess he knows the difference between a great, good, adequate, poor, or piss poor performance. It appears he's a positive person that tries to influence people in a different way than constant negativity. A lot of people think it's better to focus on one's strengths opposed to their weaknesses. In our society we tend to focus on the weaknesses. You can argue whether that's good or bad. I'll believe that he's not happy, he knows improvement is needed, and he's not going to just stop coaching because he believes the team is doing as well as it should.
