Arthur Brown's Cut to 10

Arthur Brown will announce his 5 official visits and cut his list of schools to 10 on September 17, 2007. This will be his last scheduled cut until his final announcement on December 17, 2007. Potentialplayers.com will have an in depth school by school breakdown of each university following his cut on Monday. Everyone will see how Arthur dissects each school in his Top 10.
