At the 1998 FAD Snyder told me if I brought him my report card that he'd give me a surprise!!!!! Atleast if they were good grades, which they were!!!  :)

(never did it, big mistake!!)

Seriously, what KSU fan that does get terrible grades would tell Snyder that. I mean really, how would that convo. go???

Snyder: How are your grades son?
Bad grades guy: Absolutely terrible coach, failing three classes.
Snyder: F*ck you, your an embarrasment to KSU fans everywhere & also a very retarded youngster, leave and go f*ck yourself. Also, never come to one of our ball games please.

BTW, I guess that's Snyder on meth or acid.

Yeah, I was kind of surprised by Freeman's statement too. I'm glad he's confident, but I thought Kansas was clearly the better team that day.

"If we go back and play them again, I'm pretty sure we would beat ku nine out of 10 times," Freeman said Wednesday at Big 12 media days. "But that's how it happened that Saturday."

What do you guys think about this?
K-State was the better team. I didn't even know that that was debatable.

They beat you 39-20. It's up for debate. They were a better team than us in 2005.

They were the better team that day. But would you say that K-State was a better team than Texas? We were up 42 to 21 at one point.

It was a perfect storm for ku.  I bet fairly heavily on CFB and I bet heavily on ku that day.  We were coming off Texas, ku had an off week to prepare, it was in Lawrence, we were their bowl, etc.  It was the easiest bet of the year.  But, we were the better team...just not that day under those circumstances.  If we played each other under neutral circumstances 10 times we would have won the majority.  Rutgers, on the other hand, would have beat us 11 times fwiw.

The injuries also killed us.

Freeman is saying Kansas had a ten percent chance of winning that day. I disagree. No offense, but 2006 KSU wasn't 1998 or 2003 KSU. I don't think you guys were that far ahead of Kansas last year in program strength.

I don't know what to think about the Texas-KSU game. You guys just outplayed them, but your team was all over the map last year, so it's hard to know if that was an anomaly or what.

No offense because I like you S. Parker but:  LOL at NU fans obsession with JF.  We WERE that much better then them but not that day and probably not if we played ten times that day.  I know Corn fans have obsessed over JFs comments all day (because I've had to listen to it) but there is nothing to it and especially nothing NU fans should be concerned over.  I understand that his comments regarding NU were anti-climactic (although it lead the sports segment of the local news here in NU lol) but the kid is not going to make an ass of himself like NU fans keep hoping (knock on wood).  He is not Harrison Beck.

I had never seen Harrison Beck's website before, but I found it interesting that he called it his 'official' website. Apparently his adoring fans were creating other websites in his honor.
