2-3 zone - First time under Frank/Huggs?

almost positive huggins played 2-3 at times.  no where near as confident, but i think they played a little 2-3 last year.

2-3 trap is one of the only ways to make Kent an actual + on D.  I think it was decent, major prob is we don't understand you have to bust ass down the floor to set it up in transition.

QFT...this is why I swear we played some 2-3 with Bennett/Colon in 06.  I know we played a lot of 3-2 when we went small, but I'm pretty sure I remember Bennett camping out down low in the zone...could have been that he was just retarded and out of place I guess.

The only reason we played zone is because Southern Miss is NOT a three point shooting team.
It's also the reason we played a 2-3 instead of a 3-2.....

IIRC, we saw some 1-3-1 with Bennett in the middle (obvs.) and Blake running the baseline.

Was a good time.  When we are winning big it makes the convo more interesting.

I remember when Elgas had to twist Wooly's arm to get him to play some zone.

On all college basketball video games, the 3-2, and 2-3 zone are the way to go.
