Looking over our roster, there appears to be some guys available that have the size needed for D-line.   We clearly have a large amount of O-line guys; Is there a specific reason why some of these young guys... who played both ways in HS... aren't playing on D?

If they suck enough to be 2nd string OL why would they be a good option for 1st string D?

They could at least help with depth on the D-Line instead of never seeing the field as O-Linemen.
Show me defense.

They aren't fast enough to play defense.

Reread Zachs page he is a D lineman,
"Physically gifted player with excellent work habits... Missed all of 2006 after suffering a season-ending injury during training camp... Has the potential to push for playing time with a strong spring... Can also play offensive line."

No kidding, we need speed on defense and some of our prospects coming in have just that.
