That's not really what I had in mind as "LOVE", that's sounds more like something a highly rated college football player says to his gf right before he gets drafted and then dumps her.

I'm thinking Jmart said "he LOVES k-state" based as an opinion after speaking to Chris.  Jmart's opinion is good enough for me.

Also, getting his name published in the paper along with K-state is a great recruiting tool.  All of his friends and family will see his name in the paper, and associated with K-state, and that will be the topic of conversation throughout the day.  Who knows, they might even keep the paper and display it on the fridge for a while, or save it so they can look back on it later on in life.
