Now that it's time to move on to the Hawks, does anyone have any insight or thoughts on why Reesing got benched in the 4th quarter yesterday? They were only down 2 scores with plenty of time left in the game. Then when they bring in the new kid, they just start running QB draws. I read some stuff where Reesing claimed to have a nagging groin injury so perhaps they'd decided to stop throwing the ball and brought the Frosh in to run the clock out...idk. Perhaps it was just Mangino announcing he'd given up on the game and wanted to make Snyd's game plan for 2 QBs. Maybe he just wanted to motivate Sparkes?

Because he totally sucked it up. The ku offense only had one drive for points and on that drive they completed like three third down conversations.
He said that he had some type of groin injury during the CU game and you can definitely tell that after the OU & TT games. :thumbsup:

Reesing aint crap if he can't scramble. Buying time and then throwing late was his speciality.
