If you're going to persist in throwing your life away in the Peace Corps you might as well go somewhere you'll fit in! Bong county? (http://allafrica.com/stories/200807110802.html) :billypopcorn:

Togo a strong possibility. Prefer Morocco though.

Morocco would be cool. Talked to a guy this weekend who just got back from the PC. Said he was in Ghana for a year and had diarrhea the entire time. ENJOY!

Will they hand you a rifle and let you help the jihadists drive the Spaniards into the sea?

Plus good food. Moroccans put weird spices in meat that you wouldn't think would be good on meat and then BAM it's actually pretty good.

You know who else has good food that you would never expect? Ethiopans, that's who. I guess they figure they need to make every bite count.

When you live in a backwards ass hellhole of a nation where refrigeration isn't a widespread technology most of the meat you'll be eating will be in some stage of rotting. The heavy spices are a necessity that allows them to choke the meat down, not an attempt to create a delicacy to please western palettes.

Umm, actually most of the meat is consumed directly after slaughter. No refrigeration needed.
