love it when Wille takes down the dude at midfield.

So...this is probably done for awhile.

Yeah what happened exactly.  Just saw something about it on twitter.
Willie tackled the mountaineer. The mountaineer's head hit the ground and started seizing immediately, but it took maybe 30 seconds for everyone to figure out what was going on. It was very scary. The training staffs and Bill went out to attend to him. After 3 or 4 minutes the kid got up and was able to walk off the field to the ambulance.

No doubt.  Concussion awareness has been a hot topic the last few years.

The willie skits should have been over a long time ago. Not because of injuries, but because they are stupid.

i mean, holy crap guys. how many of you actually saw it? the dude was just seizing out on the powercat in front of 50,000 EMAWs. everyone in the stadium knew he was seizing. his right arm was up in the air with his wrist bent to a 90 degree angle twitching non stop. like _FAN said, it took a good 10 seconds after the K-S-U chant was done for people to realize he wasn't faking, and the medical staffs weren't on the field yet, it was just some assistant trainers and stuff like that. i mean, i guess he's ok but that was so bizarre and scary. it legitimately took some life out of the crowd at the start of the game, the players ran out and i guarantee they were a little confused why the crowd wasn't as loud and excited as it usually is.

I don't normally get squeamish about stuff like that, but it was scary, easily the scariest thing I've seen at a sporting event. I think it was scarier because the guy isn't playing, you're so ill-prepared to see something like that from a skit. He was just seizing there all by himself it seemed like he was there alone for a very long time. I freaked out again when the ambulance hit the sirens and sped to Mercy. I thought he started seizing in the ambulance again.

I hate that happened to that kid, but I'm glad that tackle skit is done. The skits were great back during the DoD when they actually required thought. Jamie Adcock sitting in a recliner changing stations on the jumbotron with a giant fake remote was boss.

The first time in like forever the skit wasn't just hitting someone at midfield. Yes, the video was funny.

Have wondered if the tackle person has ever been given fall training? Looks like maybe not.

5 minutes at fattyfest could've prevented this whole tragedy

That kid in the skit didn't have the luxury of a strangers parked car to break his fall.
