People worried that Sean Snyder will take over for Bill as the head coach when he retires. As long as John Currie is here, I wouldn't worry

OK.  I'll worry about Currie leaving and the fact that we have a jackass coach who gives his loser unqualified punter son a sweet position that many young, energetic assistants would love to have (assuming anyone other than a senile old fart was in charge).

We now have a Head Coach, an Assistant Head Coach and an Associate Head Coach...in academics, Associate outranks Assistant:  this is Cosh's punishment.

Set sup nicely to have Bryce and Arthur getting their brains beat in on ST so STs look good and Sean can make a play for HCIW.

If Bryce gets hurt returning kicks, I will disavow.

Your picture thingy to the left just makes me sad now.  Remember when KSU won the B12 Championship and we were all, man this is going to be great for recruiting?   :frown:

In all honesty folks.   What coach that isn't close to retirement already would want to go work for a guy that is only going to "calm the waters" then retire.   I sure as hell wouldn't take a job if I knew for a fact I would be looking for a new job in 1-3 years.

This entire second run at coaching is so absurd on so many levels... I just don't understand how the majority of our fan-base doesn't see it.

What's sad is Sean may be the best we could get to fill the open spot in this situation.

Jeff Fisher's departure from the Tennessee Titans organization, ending the longest coaching tenure in the NFL, was hastened by a series of events, none more significant than the team's refusal to hire his son, Brandon, according to league sources.

Awesome.

RT @BlairKerkhoff Sean Snyder told me a couple of years ago he'd like to be a head coach some day. Is today's notice of his new role a step in that direction?

omg, most guys don't go from never coached the game of football in their life to head coach of a Big 12 football team in one step.
