i decided to take a street in my neighborhood that was too steep (downhill) and it was completely covered with ice, and i did a 180 and ended up against the curb facing uphill. i was going about 1.5 MPH so it was a lot like moving to NYC in that was terrifying but also exciting.

I was driving up the hill on mission right off 35 after that icestorm (07?) and halfway up my car stopped and started sliding back down. Somehow I got turned around on the way down and just went up rainbow instead

out here in the mile high city, they're saying anywhere from 6-22 inches.. like, how the eff can you say that? meteorologists have the easist rough ridin' job ever.

I'm hoping it lays off the heavy stuff till Saturday night. It's really ruining my Black Hawk run tomorrow.
