will find out.  to me omaha is like, one place but i bet there are streets and stuff.  friend is owner and talked yesterday when i was getting all PAK'd and he mentioned it.  i was like, ok i have to report to the omaha KATS.  more to come on location but it's opening pretty soon.

Great burger place, love the homemade ketchup and other sauces.  Inside out burger is delicious, but I go with the Bison most of the time.  Wife digs the truffle fries.

Truffle fries are amazing.  I love the Inside-Out as well, but I tried the Kobe with carmalized onions the other day and it was top shelf.  I love the onion rings as well.

interesting. A Larkburger just opened by my house my I'm afraid to try for fear of getting addicted. Even the web site looks appetiz. Being within feet of a Cool River and others doesn't help.

blanc's omaha location is located in midtown crossing and supposed to open no later than august but probably sooner.  went last week to the one here and had a macaroni and cheese stuffed hamburger.  are you rough ridin' kidding me?

Midtown crossing is kind of a trek from my place but pretty elite.  Going to crush these mac & chee burgers.  CRUSH THEM.

gotta be honest, i'm a little blanc'd out right now.  me and two friends had a competition to see who could eat everything on their menu first and now i'm kind of over it.  it will come back but i have to give it a couple weeks. 

i didn't win, couldn't eat the lentil burger, the turkey burger, or the portabella burger, or the salads.

just get off I-70 to I-35 South to Southwest Trafficway south to the Plaza to 47th Street to Jefferson St and into the parking garage by Bank of America.  Probably a 10 minute drive south from i-70.
