If I'm going to dye my hair I'd consider a stylist. When I need a haircut I'm going to the barber. Scissors only, straight razor on the neck and no shitty magazines.

FYI - My thick, full head of hair actually does look pretty fantastic regardless of how or where it gets cut.  So price is inconsequential.
