Working towards a playoff is a whole  hell of a lot better than sitting with our thumbs up our butts, saying it won't happen. the playoffs are going to happen, eventually. Let's, as a fan base, be proactive in bringing college football out of the dark ages, and bring it into the current times. Let's not sit on one thumb, suck on the other, and simply say it won't happen.

i'm not so sure. i mean, on one thumb this playoff situ sounds great but on the other thumb it doesn't. thumb me, i'm perplexed about this.

playoffs are for minor leagues like DII and NAIA, etc.  there's a reason why no one pays any attention to those crap schools in the lower conferences- it's because they suck son.
