here's a trick to speed up the filling up process...you don't have to turn you engine off. you dumbasses probably think you do, but you don't. you're welcome.
Good TIP!

Here another helpful gas pumping H4XX0R:
After you select the cheapest gas, quickly press the cheap gas button once, the midgrade twice and finally the premium once.  If you do this in under 15 sec, you will get premium gas for the cheapest price!

No, but a long time ago, I took too long on a pay phone and was cussed out in trucker speak.

static electricity.  don't use it when you're getting gas, or it will use you...

Speaking of starting fires at the pump.  Had a buddy who's tank caught fire.  Didn't blow up, just slowly burned.  After dumping in the chem chowder the station gave him, he had to replace all kinds of fuel related parts.

lol at static electricity and needing to turn your car off at the pump. better chance of getting hit by lightning while riding a unicycle in the rain than either of those two things causing problems.

In Michigan they don't let you leave your car while gas is pumping.  So you can't get some elite gas station fare like Arizona Iced Tea or fresh popcorn while your car is filling up - have to wait until pumping is complete.

So everything is full service?

No, you have to stand outside next to your car.

And yeah, Michigan is pretty awful.

Yeah.

But good cider does make up for it.  Like, the Michiganders loving apple-related crap isn't a stereotype, it's real.

well of course.  just 'cause they're poor doesn't mean they're stupid.

do they have alcoholic cider, btw?  continental style, not english.
