Per this update from NYC hoops, Missouri has offered former KSU targets Daniel Dingle and Kamari Murphy, both from NYC and ran with LI Lightning. Even before I found out he was Edwards' cousin, I was on the Dingle bandwagon. Never got why we backed off him, and Murphy too to an extent, bad fit or something I guess.

Zags is money on those NYC kids, so it's definitely looking that way, Haith's shotgun approach hasn't snared a lot of big fish yet(Wainwright looking like the 1 that got away), we'll see how it does in the future.

duke moved him to about third on their list of step out 4s for 2012 following the eval period.  his offer from them was not committable at this moment in time.

Per Phog front page, Ellis has set 2 in home visits with KU and Kstate in that order on September 9th. I hope KU is first, so Frank can cut a bigger check! Of course though, whatever that check reads will be doubled by Kentucky!  :kstategrad:

If I'm Ellis (who some major publication once touted as the first draft pick in 2013.)  KU and WSU don't look all that good to me.  Obviously Kentucky is king of one and done guys.  Maybe the lure of being the superstar of a KSU squad vs the "one of many complete badasses" at UK could steer him our way.  I seriously doubt we get him though.  Frank and Co seem to be really good at being the bridesmaids for these types of players.
