i asked telep if martin was watching pray&play's early game (no response, but martin was seen watching p&p's late game) and she retweeted that.

So if we whiff on our 4 offers, any guesses as to plan B? Or will another prospect or two surface by the end of the weekend?

ellis, cauley, dsr & smart?  i guess i thought there were more known offers, but i can't think of any (except graham, if his offer is legit).

my guess would be they'd move to a plan b for a big (durley/the mokan moose is back kid?  dingle, haughton and even james might fit in too) and not bother with a combo in the fall.

I also left out Shawn Smith. But I feel like we have less of chance with him than we do Ellis at this point. I remember that Nicholas has (JUCO) had said something along the lines of "JUCO, then Kansas State, then NBA" at some point, but didn't he pretty much suck in JUCO?

Re: Joshkema Nicklaus from Wabash Valley(IL) JC: Yeah, there's basically no chance he goes to KSU. My understanding of the situation is that our staff placed him there as a sort of favor. Should the day come that WV would have a prospect we'd genuinely be interested in, the staff there might be more inclined to give us the inside track for that player thanks to Nicklaus' placement.

good lord, finding a connection isn't hard.  I can ninja the phone lines to various airlines to get him anywhere he wants to be.

helpful hint:  if you are delayed, miss connection or a flight gets cancelled never wait in line to talk to people at the gate.  They have no power and are pissed off 24/7.  Always call the airline direct and see if they can get you on another airline.  Southwest refuses to work with other airlines so if they can't find anything for you tell them you will call Southwest and then call them back and if Southwest can get you where you need to be your airline should be able to credit your cc for whatever the purchase price was.
