The thing is, there's a 99% chance you're NEVER going to see anything credible. That open NCAA open letter provided a larger glimpse into Muhammad's recruitment than we get to see for most recruits.

There's so much that goes on in the recruiting game that the general public just isn't made aware of, and if it's nefarious, it's almost always after the fact.

The complete picture is just very seldom available, recruitniks are left to try put all the pieces together and see if they fit, without ever actually knowing the truth.

Ultimately, it's up to each person that gives a crap about it to decide what did or didn't happen.

Winter Haven senior De’Von Walker has offers from the University of Central Florida, Clemson, Kansas State, South Carolina and Alabama right now. He’s also getting interest from Virginia Tech, Miami and Wisconsin, Winter Haven coach Tyrone Woodside told The Ledger Wednesday.

K-State coach Frank Martin is real big on Walker and could be at practice Thursday, Woodside said. He also might check him out in Friday’s game.

Why do you think we're rushing him? I mean, the only way we're going to get kids to come here is if we aggressively pursue them.

I know I probably take recruiting a little too seriously, but if I'd heard Frank was camping out in his front yard I'd think, "Why don't we do that more?"

I do like your idea of bringing him in for a visit this weekend, I don't know if it can be pulled off but
strike while the iron is hot(home game) and all that good stuff.
