The fact that our combos still have no understanding of the kc aau dynamic spraks volumes.

I do enjoy Ben's claims that KU could get any MOKAN kid if they ever wanted them.  Hilarious stuff.

RT @Tsbiet Kansas State reached out to 6'6 Wing Nick Wiggins (Wabash Valley) yesterday! @Wiggys_WORLD #JUCO #NPH

NorthPoleHoops NPH
RT @Tsbiet: Nick Wiggins has several #NCAA offers & will be a hot commodity coming out of Wabash Valley #JUCO #NPH

IIRC, other schools previously mentioned in connection with Wiggins were Florida St, Penn St, and Cen. Michigan.

probably a stupid question, how exactly does Nike vs. Adidas factor into it?

Vic was PnR right?

You are correct sir.

But the evidence suggests that if Vic were a high-major, major contributor on the court type, he wouldn't have made it to KSU.

Reed, Denmon, the Relefords, Dixon, Jorgenson, Frankamp.

Thankfully, his bro was rescued from the darkside. Hopefully, that means we still have a shot.

if we're calling new foreign guy moose then we need to come up w/ animal names for the other bigs and then we call our frontcourt the zoo and then all the fans can be the zoo keepers and maybe the students could be junior zoo keepers or something and then we all make the animal noise of whatever animal/player whenever he checks into the game. thoughts?

Athletic Department released statement announcing him as a part of the class, right? I'm pretty sure that they can't do that unless they have already received his LOI.  Don't think that it's anything to worry about...

Upshaw has signed his LOI to play for the KSU Cats.

In former KSU Cat 'cruit/regional/SEC related news, Shawn Smith did not sign at Missouri. I have not seen any indication saying he has decommitted from there but I also haven't seen anything saying he still plans to sign there in the Spring.

I think it's VERY safe to say we bowed out of the Smith sweepstakes several months ago(well before he committed to Missouri), but I thought it was worth noting that him going to Mizz MAY be up in the air.
