what card should I get instead of CSR now that it's dumb? I haven't been churning, just rolling with the CSR for years.

CSR for business.....200k UR bonus with a $30k spend in 6 months.  Just got this and am working on cancelling our Ink.  Converted our personal CSR to preferred to let the business pay the high annual fee instead of paying it on our personal side.

same for me. I will churn the SW cards every two years with Mrs SF to keep the companion pass, but that's about it for me. Like Rusty, I like to have a mostly central spot for points that I can move around. Since I don't stay at Marriott anymore for work, I use Hyatt mostly for hotel. I try and use SW to fly since I almost always have a companion pass. Outside of those two, I just grab flights that are the most cost effective, usually through Chase. I have room to grab another card or two, I can never decide on which is the best deal for me so I usually just sit tight.

This is probably what I am going to do. Do I have to call them to downgrade from the CSR to the CSP? Should I apply for the CSP and then cancel my CSR?

Decent signup bonus for CSP right now. Try applying before downgrading.  It will give you a warning if you’re not eligible for the bonus and a chance to cancel before running your credit.

I've had the CSR for like 8 years and haven't churned.

Just applied for the CSP and they said I'm not eligible for the bonus bc I currently have a CSR *and/or* because i've previously received a CSP sign-up bonus (even though it was >4 years ago)

Hopefully I can snag it one last time before any changes. I think lots of the other changes are coming soon, so it will prob be too late. Guess I need to plan some more stuff until end of year and they become even more like all the other shitty airlines.

Sup doods, I got engaged over the weekend...When we were breaking down who is going to do what someone said  "find a CC to put all our wedding expenses on to get the points (before paying it off obviously)". I jumped at that suggestion and was like "I got this babe, don't worry".

This is where I need CHATgE to come in clutch and just tell me what to do then I will tell her I did tons of research and this is the best option because XYZ.

Current Cards - I have had a CSR for like 5 years and will be canceling it or downgrading to a CSP before December when the renewal hits. I also have a SW card that I got 4 years ago and never use that I am cancelling right now. She has an AMEX as her daily driver.

The tentative plan is for the honeymoon to be in Hawaii so maybe a Hyatt or some other card for hotel points? Any help CHATgE can provide will be grateful.
