Haha. The absolute worst company to deal with ever. I had them for several years and the annual call to them was just the absolute worst. I recently went back with them and had to make the call after my year was up. "I would like the same deal I had before, if you can't do that, please cancel my sub". What about this? No, What about this, No. "I would like the same deal I had before or please cancel". Ok Mr SF, I can do that. Typing, typing, typing, typing.........Ok, Mr SF, this is what I will charge your card on file......"That isn't the same deal I had before". Yes, I can't do that deal. "you said you could and I've been on hold for 30 minutes". Sorry Mr SF, I can only do this deal. OK, please cancel. but....Please cancel, but.....please cancel. Finally get it cancelled, and like a month later I get a letter asking me to return with the same deal I had before. Mrs SF even has the Amex Platinum that will cover most of the cost and I'm still debating on doing it because of how much I will dread having to call and cancel in a year.
