yeah, just secure message them on the website. I think they actually have a live chat. my list of cards was like 4 miles long and included the same one about 10 times from back when you could churn them (even though the terms said you couldn't). just got the SPG biz amex for mrs. dave because she never had the biz for some reason.

get a sw companion pass, shitloads of sw miles, and a week at some low/medium marriott
just stay at some spg hotels or some crap
just stay at some marriott hotels or some crap
transfer them to most airlines at a 2:2.5 ratio

URs transfer to United at a 1:1 ratio don't they?  Looking at flights, if I book through the United site it will cost me 50,000 points but if I book through the Chase portal it will be around 84,000.  Since this would be the first time transferring points to a partner, I want to make sure I don't screw it up.
