Any thoughts on the best American Airlines card to get? I haven't flown American in years, and have zero status with them right now. So, I'd prefer a card that helps me get status fast, if that's possible.

anyone know what type of questions they ask when applying for ink? if you don't get automatically accepted.
My wife randomly got the chase sapphire reserve or whatever it's called, we're paying for some flights with it, is the $300 travel credit deducted from your spend (i.e. do u actually need to spend $4300 in 3 months to meet the min)?
Only options are SPG Amex or citi Hilton cards. SPG is better but rumblings the sign up is going up soon.
This is nice, even if it's largely dependent on the Corn Master.http://www.seahawks.com/news/2016/09/09/seahawks-throw-delta-skymiles-launch-12status-engagement-program
Since they won't be flying out of ICT until April of next year, it sounds like I should cancel mine and then re-apply around Dec/Jan to get another 30k miles.
