That's cheap, I think my miles can probably be put to better use. Especially since I'm not that flexible since catching one of the Royals' games at Target field is on the agenda.

yeah, keep in mind that those flights out of KC may be much more expensive/unavailable if the royals are playing up there. I'd look at the schedule now and see what's available and then go over your options.

yeah, ink is good if you have or are comfortable pretending you have a business. CSP is good. both are versatile UR points and you should get both at some point anyway. I can refer you for the CSP if you want.

I would just drive. You don't gain much by driving two hours to kc to get there two hours early plus time at MSP. But of course, I'm cheap.

16 hours in a car is pretty woof. unless you have like wifi and someone else to drive. that's not worth saving whatever the flight would cost imo. but, everyone is different.
