I fly from Seattle to Portland and Vancouver if I'm not taking a dog. No traffic.

this is a rough draft of completely subjective tiers of the three main carriers' hubs based on me trying to remember them right now and giving very little thought. lax is gross sometimes but ok some other times and i think there is a new termy for delta iirc.

atl                    clt
msp
dtw

------- above this line are nice

lax                  phx              sfo
sea                 dca              den
                      mia

------ above this line are ok

lga                 ord               ewr
slc                 dfw
bos                phl

----- above this line are gross

i like never fly united so i don't know if i've ever been through iah or iad
ORD seriously depends on Terminal/Airline. For AA it is great, for United it is barf city.
:adios:

B is fine for United. It’s when you live it some backwater town like KC or Omaha so you have to fly out of C that sucks.

E/F is the flying to Flint or Fort Wayne terminal which really really sucks. I take 777's to SFO out of C but I'm usually boarding with directly from B with my app-ordered Tortas in hand.

I also think EWR should move up because the iPads that let your order booze everywhere in the terminal without talking to anyone are great. (Needs more bathrooms though)

I hate people that bring their food onto the plane, I would have you and your tortas removed

Yes, anyone bringing food with a smell on the plane should be beheaded. This should also extend to anyone that orders tomato juice.

I have considered your positions and will continue to being Tortas onto airplanes if necessary.

(Believe me I would rather eat them at the bar)

I may just try to make Hyatt somehow work. It's inconvenient AF with their small footprint but all the rest are garbage.

I only kept the Amex this year so that I could use my free night at the Jackson Hole Springhill again.  What a steal that was

Hyatt just announced category changes. All in all not terrible. Park Hyatt Chicago down from a Cat 6 to Cat 5 (15k points). Added peak and slow season variable awards that I'm sure will be abused but in theory would be good.

Delta Amex bonuses (skymiles and MQMs) are the biggest I have ever seen right now.

Marriott extended my plat status to feb 2022. Which is nice because I wasn’t going to qualify again this year under the circumstances. Most others seem to be doing similar.

I know you wont' get the sign up bonus again but is there any dead period you can sign back up for these cards and get the other benefits when it feels like traveling will happen again?

I feel like this is page 1 stuff but can't for AMEX plat again, Chase reserve/citi AA is an 24 month wait between right?

Bonus would be great but I want to be able to get the card again to take advantage of the other benefits when I need them.

If it's been 24 months since you got the CSR bonus, couldn't you cancel it and sign up for the CSP and get the bonus?

Nevermind, just saw on the Chase website that it is 48 months between bonuses.

It would be cool if travel/card companies really started ramping up the free crap to encourage scared people to travel more post 'rona.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.
