Glad to get the win in a PAC 10 road game... JHR and his 30+- FT % scares the crap out of me, eventually were gonna need some size at the end of the game. For that matter, WTF is up with the FTs overall this year? (Sprads not included)
We are K-State and we love to hire SHlTTY coaches.

Have we been shooting poorly?
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

My favorite was probably the one where Samuels just passed the ball directly to the WSU player defending Kelly in the post.

the one where samuels got the rebound, traveled, then through it to the wsu guy standing in front of kstate's pg was more evocative.

Pretty sure Samuels might have gotten twisted before the game.  :dunno:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

was that the one where they had 4 players collapsing on kelly before jamsam even threw it?

That one was unbelievable.

Ya that's the one I was talking about. I couldn't help but laugh my ass off after watching that.

I watched the replay early this morning. With out the frustrating anger, it was hilarious. Even when post players managed to hang onto the ball, they generally managed to muff it, completely effing up any chance to keep the offense flowing. We kind of suck. And when they stop rebounding and defending, they flat-out suck.

30% TO rate. Impressive.

This will be one of or worst TO games, if not the worst, of the season.

one of?  yes.  we'll also see this @MU and @KU.  I'd probably guess against UNLV we'll get up there as well.

We averaged about 20% last year and were only above 25% on 4 occassions (@Bama, @MU, @BU and CU).  We've already gone over 25% in four games this year.

We'll be higher than last year and have a bunch in the mid-20s. But 30 or over is hard to do, this was only the 4th or 5th since Frank has been here, and we've had plenty of bad to teams.

remember that time against presby when kstate had a single digit turnover rate?  sigh.

i also hope our ftrates for and against aren't what they are.

Yep, biggest concerns are ft rate and to rate. By far.

jake is having a senior year much like sherron collins. only he doesn't have the excuse of being a fat ass.

FWIW, pretty sure Sherron Collins was downing approx 30 chicken wings in record time during the Cavs/Bucks game I was at a few weeks back. Good to see him continue to work on his rotund shape, surely will help him back down guards once he is demoted to the Lobos Grises de la Uad Durango of the Mexican League.

True, this would be upward mobility for Sherron. Sad how much better of a baller Sherron could have become if not for the late night fourth meals at Taco Bell and the violence against women. Rumors are that Sherron likes the Mexican League because his dollar will buy him even more gorditas and there are no rape shield laws.
