One thing we definitely know about Snyder is that he is a lousy coach.  That's all people say about him.  "There's LHC Bill Snyder and you've all heard his story by now; he is a terrible coach."

He already admitted yesterday that he's sucked at coaching this year.    :dunno:

Yep.  Terrible coach and everyone knows it.  Pretty sure the COTYs were either elaborate jokes or were awarded on opposite day.  Either way, he is much closer to the worst coach ever than he is the best.  Guys like Barry Switzer were just duped by his smoke and mirrors.

Bear Bryant was a pretty good coach but I don't want to trot his rotten corpse out there because he used to be good...which is what we are currently doing.

I think K-State should hire a defensive minded coach and then turn Snyder into an offensive coordinator. That way, Bill can still be involved with the program while experiencing what it's like to be a peon assistant who gets bitched around and micromanaged by his boss.

It'd be very eye opening.

I remember people suggesting OB become OC to RP.  That would've been fantastic (message-boarding wise, not football).

RP is an incredible offensive mind with very complex schemes.

I don't think Bill would understand the terminology.

Yes.  And very careful with said schemes, such as keeping FR QBs from very complicated plays like QB sneaks and such.

Depends on the coach, man.

Snyder still might win 8 this year.  I can think of a few Big 12 coaches who wouldn't have won more than 4 with this team.  Mark Richt would've probably won 9.  Who are you thinking of?

I bought some egg nog the other day.  It's the same egg nog I always buy.  It's delicious and I have a lot of fond memories drinking this particular egg nog.  When I got home I accidentally left the groceries, including the egg nog, in the trunk.  It was pretty warm that day and it was in the trunk all day.  When I realized that evening what had happened I went and got the egg nog only to find that it had spoiled.  It was disgusting. What had once tasted so exquisite was now something that I couldn't even stomach to sniff.  I threw it in the garbage.  Because that's what you do with things that are rotten.  You don't put them on the mantle and let the putrid smell fill your house while remembering how they were once fresh and delicious.  You throw them in the garbage.
