The royals might lose every game chris young starts.

don't be ridiculous.  youngsie's just fighting a little deadarm right now, he'll be fine.

Just looking at the data

If this has been talked about before in the past, then my apologies.... (I was gonna post this the other night after Wade's save and forgot), but has anyone else noticed that after a save,  Morales shakes Wade's hand and pats him on the belly.  He did it with Soria the other night when Soria got the save.

Morales did it last year too, they just don't always show Morales and Wade together after every save, but I have seen a few times already this season

Guys when is my boy vargas back?

Had TJ surgery on Aug 5th.  He probably wouldn't be available for MLB pitching til Sept (Hoch and Duffy went almost 14 months to appear after TJ)   He could be back in time to be on our post season roster as a long relief guy, but I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't pitch this year.  Read last year, if he doesn't pitch, we have a 6 Million dollar insurance clause in his contract

When Youngs dead arm falls off who is the next guy up in the rotash?  I'd like it to be Duffy.

young is a thoroughbred stud and you don't turn horses like that into glue.  you rub them down with liniment and feed them oats until they're ready to head back out to the pasture.
