Posse Stat of the night....

While it's been 223 games and counting since we lost a game when leading after 7 innings..... The Royals for the 3rd time this season trailed entering the 8th inning and came back to win.  2 of the 3 have come vs the Twins.

And as someone posted that this was our 1st walk off win of the year.... The Yankees were the only other team to not have a walk off, and they too got one tonight in the 12th inning

When one person, for whatever reason, has a chance to lead an exceptional life, he has no right to keep it to himself.

Royals win. First walk off of the year. Molitor will challenge though. They are mobbing Jerrod.

Guys, we're not going to turn this thread into a play by play thing like Lee Judge does on twitter

Of course not, but SDK is fine here. After a 4 game losing streak, walk off elation takes a variety of forms.

I turned the game off after Coleman effed up to end the 9th. Possibly the dumbest play I've ever seen in an MLB game since Manny Ramirez dove to cutoff a throw from center field. I understand sending Colon back to Omaha so he can get some playing time, but Coleman is a loser. He will have to have like 5 HRs in his first 10 ABs to change my mind on this.

Yost and commish office will select Miggy replacement. I think Fielder and Hosmer looking very likely to be the 1st baseman.  Screw Pujols

I was just as excited because I thought after the debacle in the ninth the Royals were doomed.

Just wondering, and maybe my holiday booze is a factor, but Cabrera plays first base. How does his injury, which most likely puts him on the DL and out of the ASG, help Moose?

the reserves aren't slotted by position, yost can select whatever position players he wants.  he'll be more likely to take two 3rd basemen now instead of two 1st basemen, since he'd be dipping down to the fourth best 1st baseman if he took two of them.

This could be.
