The combination of back to back terrible starts combined with the Herrera suspension came at a bad time. To battle back and lose like that is frustrating, especially to the Tigers, but that's baseball.

Posse stat of the night...

Last year, Det was 5-1 in 1run games vs KC. They did so only scoring 13 runs in the 6 meetings. They are 2-0 this year (1 run games) already. Frasor hasn't look good lately. Would have preferred Madsonn in 7th. Yost been great, but bad call by Yost. Cost us a HUGE win

To strengthen my point how I wasn't thrilled Frasor came in and Madson didn't...
Madson has allowed 2 hits and 2 walks in his last 37 batters.
Frasor, in his last 5 outings with the game close ( game within 2 runs when he entered)... He has gotten 9 outs, given up 6 hits, walked 3. So half of guys he has faced have reached base.

I like Frasor, but he's not been as effective. 2 hits last 11 Inn for Madson pretty salty.
