The Royals definitely are planning to use him as a starter, will start out next year at AA again (should be fast tracked to AAA), but he'll get a camp invite.

Meh, we'll need to sign another legitimate starter in case of injury or Guthrie/Vargas totally tanking. Let him have a few starts in AAA and see where he's at.
