Watching the game replay, they just got to Salvy's homer. I love it when guys show emotion. Also, I love when Rex just gets so pumped. If I lived my life like Salvy plays baseball wow, I'd be a better person. Really inspired right now.

detroit needs pro sports more than about any other city i can think of

i'm genuinely beginning to feel sad about the city of detroit while reading these. the apocalypse is already here cf3. it's in detroit. time to stock up at the grocery store and head for the hills.

also, holy crap guys.. the comments section of that article... :sdeek: i am without speech. i have no speech.

You sissies. I like laughing in their stupid faces. I hope to add to the misery of that dump this weekend with a 4 game sweep of the only half way good thing that crap hole has going for it.

My stupid city is full of bankruptcy and sadness and depression! I'm so sad! But guess what, I like to sit down and watch my Tigers on TV, they are my only source of joy in my meaningless awful life.

Tell it like it is, London, United Kingdom - The story is bad enough with abandoned pets but the real tragedy is the loss of a once thriving city, the mass migration of humanity turning Detroit the motor city, a city that once emanated a sense of pride into a ghost town. The fall of Detroit is a human interest story and the mark of a great country in decline.

I don't think we should have stopped talking about Salvy's home run yet. Does it deserve it's own thread? I don't know, I'll resort to KC Sports Mod CartierFor3 on that one.

It seemed like no one thought it was going, right? Salvy just kind of stood there, the camera took a while to find it, seemingly because it was going to be a foul ball. The Ray OF dude stood right in front of the fence with all the confidence in the world that it was coming to him. Maybe all of these things only happened because I didn't have sound on, but it just did not seem like it was going to make it over that fence. And then, wow. I screamed like a giddy little girl. Everyone looked at me, and they didn't say it but I know all of them were thinking, "I wish I was as big of a Royals fan as that man right there." But their wishes weren't granted, folks. And their wishes will never be granted.

I was laying in the hospital bed and the nurse was trying to pump some meds into my IV, I started fist pumping with my other arm. She freaked out, and then my dad got up out of the recliner and high-fived me. :royals:

Ideally there would be a Salvy master thread with hundreds of pages. Stevesie you are doing the Lord's good work there brother. Persevere, for those who are against us will persecute you for your beliefs.

Guess what? I know everything I need to know about her. She's the one. Now let's talk venues for the reception for the wedding. I'm thinking a rooftop, and at the end of the buffet one of those guys carving roast beast with huge chef's hat. Now, I know that you're thinking a live band is too much and a DJamer is just as good, but you're wrong. Live band is classy as heck.
