Guthrie not that sharp but KC wins in his start
Aoki/Infante/Hosmer/Butler/Gordon/Perez ... top 6 everyday guys hitting .301 with 21 walks in 7 games

Boy that sure looks like the makings of a 6-1 start. Nope, this is the Royals remember. 3-4 sounds about right

Boni can basically play anywhere on the field too, steals bases, gets on base A LOT... Bonifacio also makes that play on the Loney single in his sleep. Valencia basically charged that ball and then tried to dive to recover. It's in Ned and Dayton for not having a backup who can play middle infield. What jerks those two are.

This. Valencia for Boni was a huge step down, especially when Valencia can only play 3rd base.

this season will come down to a handful of games. games like this will add up and when we miss out on the playoffs by 3 games it doesn't matter where those 3 games would of came from. if we do not make it to the playoffs this year, the trade we made will be worthless when James walks next winter. GFOOMF with the "it's just April" bull crap.

I would rather him be 0-22 and not effed up the infield single in the 9th (cant get the ball out of the glove ... really?) We'd at least gone to extra innings had those 2 things just happened. He was gonna get his 1st hit sooner or later.... so I would rather it be next game and KC get a win tonight

I'm afraid you may be right, scott...but if we miss the postseason, it will be by more than three games.

Even without the error, there's no guarantee that we win this game. And not only is it only April, it was only the seventh game of 162.
