Was a fun ride but the Royals do nothing well. Bentiendi appears to be washed and Dozier should just count as an out instead of wasting time and possibly hitting into a IIDP.

Our rotation just isn’t good enough. Lacy, Kowar, Lynch turning into SP quality for next year would be ideal. We will see how Junis holds up but he has been promising so far.

We drafted those guys in 2018 and 2020. We don’t even have to buy them, so that’s nice.

My expectation is that Dozier and Benintendi get themselves back to being roughly league average hitters, Soler stops sucking, and that our best pitcher from each of the past 3 years stops giving up more than a run per inning.
