Why did we take Duffy out?

Wright is a righty and Duffy did his job, now give it to a bigger stud
So we can hand if to Madson in the 8th? That's my point.
I'd rather not have Madson in the 8th.

I would have Herrera pitch the whole 8th

their manager sure loves to interchange his players.

Has Ned shown that he will do the 4 outs thing? Maybe my memory sucks.

everyone forgets we will get a million runs in the last 3 innings of the game so it's very fun to watch you dudes freak out

their closer is very good.

Very very good.  He and Wade are the 2 nastiest closers in the game right now

Herrera got 5 outs last time before he brought Madson in

High leverage, but only 11 pitches. I bet he comes out for the 8th. Though Ned probably trusts Madsen more than any of us. At least it's not the Blue Jays he'd face.

if it's tied, i think you have to.  if they get a crooked, i think not.  one run, dunno - he wasn't super sharp.

i trust madson.  but he's not the only option.  they've got a lot of lefties, so morales is in play.  and hoch has looked good.

if it's still tied, you have to plan to have enough pitchers for overtime.

11 pitches. Let him start the 8th and see how he does.

Duda actually only hits .230 vs RHP, .285 vs LHP

I don't want Madson facing him though
